Come and join us for the perfect exploration of how breathing exercises can benefit our physical, mental & emotional well being
This session will be focused on trying some of the most popular styles of breathwork to allow us to explore the ways in which we can create shifts in the body and the mind to help us manage stress, sleep better, control our emotions, release trapped energy and trauma, increase our energy and just improve our health overall
